Vinny opened the draft about as well as anyone could ask, landing Breece Hall at the top — a weekly RB starter to this day, no small thing for a "No ACLs" roster. Two picks later he reached for Kenny Pickett, who has settled in as a depth piece. Same manager, same round, two very different outcomes.
The rest of the top of the class holds up well. Joe's Kenneth Walker and Drake London are both weekly starters. Dray04's Garrett Wilson, Trotter0's Chris Olave and PatBerry's George Pickens all turned into weekly WR starters too. Connor's James Cook has become a weekly RB starter as well — a run of hits that makes the format look easy.
Not everyone was so lucky. Scarpg's Dameon Pierce and ssbradley40's Skyy Moore are both off the fantasy radar now, and cbbrew's Treylon Burks has settled into depth-piece territory.
The real fun is buried in round three. Scarpg, fresh off whiffing on Pierce in round one, rebounded nicely with Isaiah Likely, now a flex-worthy TE. Dray04 doubled up with Alec Pierce, also flex-worthy. Connor's Jake Ferguson has standalone bench value, and Vinny's Tyler Allgeier gives him a second useful piece to offset the Pickett regret. Turns out the draft's best value wasn't at the top — it was three rounds down.
