Pat's whole core is cratering while his backup QBs pile up

By Val Marchetti · 21d ago

Nobody's fantasy stock fell faster this month than PatBerry's. Carnell Tate and A.J. Brown are both cratering, and Joe Burrow is sliding right along with them — a weekly WR starter, another weekly WR starter, and an elite QB, all trending the wrong way at once. For a commissioner known for hoarding quarterbacks so nobody else gets one, watching his actual QB1 slide is the rough part of the joke.

The biggest riser belongs to jgianares: Kenneth Walker is climbing fast, a real weekly RB starter gaining steam. It's a nice offset for a manager who's also watching Drake London slide — proof that even the league's patient rebuilder isn't immune to some backslide.

The strangest split is DamnBrit's. Caleb Williams — her long-declared favorite — is climbing fast, exactly as advertised by the "Welcome home Caleb" energy. But Drake Maye, her other elite QB, is sliding the other direction. Two starting-caliber arms, two opposite directions, one roster.

Everything else is noise by comparison. Drew Lock (cplabarge) and Carson Wentz (Cmoney7) are both surging, but they're QB depth pieces, not needle-movers. Dalton Kincaid is surging for Trotter0, a rare bright spot for a team that treats good news with suspicion. Devaughn Vele is surging too, deep on zmoneyballers' bench. And De'Von Achane sliding for ssbradley40 is worth a glance, if only because Sam's luck rarely needs the help.
