The week's moves were mostly noise, with one real trade: Connor swapped a depth running back for a bench tight end and clearly won that exchange.
cplabarge dropped Devin Singletary, a depth piece, to add T.J. Hockenson, a bench tight end with standalone value. Straightforward upgrade, and Connor doesn't need the help — his teams find ways to lose games he shouldn't, but this isn't how he'll do it this time.
Then Pat, the league's noted tight end tourist, plucked Hockenson right off Connor's roster the next day, only to drop him again a day later for Dalton Schultz. Pat also cut Tyler Shough, a bench quarterback with standalone value, continuing his complicated relationship with the position — he's spent years stockpiling arms just to keep Charles unarmed, and apparently the depth chart still gets edited daily.
Elsewhere: Ryan dropped Pat Bryant and then re-added him a day later, a depth piece coming and going without incident. Scarpg finished the week streaming the Giants defense, which tracks for a Bijan-brand roster that doesn't need much.
Charles added Denzel Boston, a bench receiver, a day after Hannah dropped him — waiver churn, not a coup. Will made no moves at all this week, which for a manager who treats free agency like a personal ATM, counts as news itself.
