The biggest story in the league right now is Jaxson Dart's left knee. Initial word out of the Giants had it as a manageable MCL sprain, but further testing revealed more damage than first thought, and season-ending surgery is now on the table. For cplabarge, who has Dart as a flex-worthy QB, that's a real problem — Jameis Winston is now the presumptive Giants starter, and there's no clear return timetable for Dart in 2026.
Dart's exit reshaped the rest of that Giants-Rams game for fantasy purposes. Malik Nabers, a weekly starter for Scarpg, left with a shoulder injury that reportedly required being popped back into place; he's getting checked out, and his outlook is murky beyond the injury given how thin the offense got once Dart was gone. Isaiah Likely, a weekly TE starter for jhen, actually turned into New York's most featured target once Winston took over, an encouraging sign. Cam Skattebo, a flex option for jhen, stayed involved in the passing game but didn't get much going on the ground behind a struggling offense.
On the Rams' side, Puka Nacua's groin issue is lingering, and Sean McVay isn't ready to guarantee his elite wideout plays Sunday — a real worry for Trotter0. In his absence, Davante Adams (DamnBrit) delivered a huge game, while Blake Corum (Scarpg) and Kyren Williams (cplabarge) continue to essentially split the Rams backfield down the middle.
Elsewhere, Jayden Reed's neck injury remains without a timeline, a legitimate concern for jhen even with Reed as bench depth. Rico Dowdle's toe issue looks less serious after testing, leaving vaniano cautiously optimistic.
