Brock Bowers looked like a man closing in on his season debut, working in limited fashion Wednesday. PatBerry has been carrying an empty elite tight end slot all year, and this is the best sign yet that Sunday against the Saints could be the week it pays off.
Puka Nacua got a similar nod of encouragement. Sean McVay left the door open for him to practice later in the week, giving Trotter0 hope his elite receiver can finally return after two missed games.
The receiver reports were busy elsewhere too. DJ Moore (DamnBrit) went through a limited session and sounded upbeat afterward, a solid sign for a must-start wideout. Malik Nabers (Scarpg) was limited with a shoulder issue but stayed on the field last week, while his teammate on Scarpg's roster, Nico Collins, didn't practice at all and remains in real danger of missing a second straight game.
Denver's backfield chaos is now a three-manager problem. PatBerry's Jonah Coleman, cplabarge's RJ Harvey, and Scarpg's J.K. Dobbins were all either limited or out, and nobody in the building seems to know who actually starts Sunday. All three are bench-caliber pieces, so the stakes are low, but so is the confidence.
Smaller notes: Jaylen Warren (DamnBrit) trended positive and could see more work if Rico Dowdle sits. Tony Pollard and Jadarian Price, both on connorolson's roster, are dealing with ankle and chest issues respectively. Travis Etienne (cbbrew) was limited with a hamstring, while ssbradley40's Michael Pittman and Kyle Monangai remain murky. Jakobi Meyers (connorolson) is banged up but still expected to suit up.
