Ollie Gordon goes six for six on waivers

The wire's biggest story this week wasn't a star. It was volume. Ollie Gordon, a bench RB with standalone value, got added by six different managers — Scarpg, Trotter0, Cmoney7, cplabarge, CapitanKampana and cbbrew all walked away with him. When half your league wants the same depth-chart RB, that tells you how thin the actual difference-makers were on the wire this cycle.
The best individual swap belongs to cplabarge, who dropped Emanuel Wilson, a plain depth piece, and came away with Gordon instead — an upgrade in tier, not just name. vaniano did something similar, flipping Jalen Tolbert for Konata Mumpfield and Gordon, a quiet two-for-one that actually moves the needle for a roster that hasn't had much go right lately.
Scarpg was the week's busiest trader-up, churning through Waller, Mumpfield, Kendre Miller, Trey Lance, Austin Ekeler and Isaiah Davis — mostly depth, but efficient depth.
CapitanKampana, the league's self-proclaimed waiver savant, used his pick to swap Marlin Klein for Darren Waller — tight end for tight end, depth for depth. Even the man who built a championship on finding Puka for nothing is allowed an off week.
Nobody dropped a starter by accident this time. Just a league-wide scramble for scraps, with Gordon the only name everybody could agree mattered.
