The 49ers-Broncos game produced the week’s biggest fantasy swings. George Kittle, an elite TE for Cmoney7, broke a tie game with a long touchdown reception that turned an unremarkable day into a signature one. Brock Purdy, a weekly QB starter for vaniano, continued his hot start, finding Kittle and Deebo Samuel for touchdowns and extending his streak of mistake-free, highly productive outings. Samuel, a flex-worthy WR for cplabarge, scored again and remains a steady weekly piece.
Denver's side of the ledger was murkier. Bo Nix, a bench QB for Cmoney7, turned in a passable but unspectacular line. Jaylen Waddle, a flex-worthy WR for PatBerry, scored his first touchdown as a Bronco but still hasn't settled into a featured role. RJ Harvey, a bench RB for cplabarge, emerged as Nix's top target option, while J.K. Dobbins, a bench RB for Scarpg, continues to plod along without much explosiveness.
In Minnesota, Aaron Jones, a flex-worthy RB for DamnBrit, set a season high in scrimmage work while shouldering a heavier load. Jordan Addison, a flex-worthy WR for vaniano, stayed quiet as T.J. Hockenson took over as the top target.
Kansas City beat the Raiders behind Patrick Mahomes, a weekly QB starter for cbbrew, though the receiving corps is thinning after injuries to Rashee Rice and Tyquan Thornton. Xavier Worthy, a bench WR for vaniano, saw his role grow as a result. Travis Kelce, a weekly TE starter for connorolson, was unusually quiet before his bye.
In Seattle's win over the Chargers, Emanuel Wilson, a bench RB for cbbrew, took over as the lead back and scored twice. Sam Darnold, a bench QB for connorolson, managed the game efficiently. Omarion Hampton, a weekly RB starter for DamnBrit, lost snaps in a crowded Chargers backfield — a trend worth watching.
