Lamar Jackson trending toward the bench, Saquon Barkley right behind him

Wednesday's injury reports were not kind to the league's marquee names. Lamar Jackson, PatBerry's elite QB, didn't practice at all, and Baltimore's coaching staff sounded like a team bracing to start Tyler Huntley this week. Saquon Barkley, jgianares' weekly starter, also sat out as he deals with the hamstring issue that knocked him out in the first quarter last Sunday. If he's out, Will Shipley takes over in Philadelphia.

Scarpg has his own headache: Ladd McConkey didn't practice either, and "week-to-week" is doing a lot of work in Jim Harbaugh's vocabulary right now. PatBerry, already sweating Jackson, also has Justin Jefferson limited but pushing to play Sunday against the Saints, plus backup Kaelon Black fighting through illness in a committee role behind Christian McCaffrey.

ssbradley40 had a rough Wednesday across the board — Zay Flowers limited with a new foot issue, Dallas Goedert easing back in after two missed games, Rhamondre Stevenson banged up at the knee, and Tony Pollard sitting out again with his lingering foot problem.

Elsewhere, cbbrew's duo of Jeremiyah Love and Brock Bowers both logged limited practices but neither situation looks serious — the Raiders appear to just be managing Bowers' workload. Cmoney7 saw Mike Evans trending the right way while Pat Bryant looks like a Week 5 scratch. Trotter0's Tyler Shough is banged up but expected to play.
