The biggest mover in the league right now isn't a starter. Deebo Samuel is a depth piece on Cmoney7's roster, and his value is surging — the largest jump on the board. Given Cole's history of talking his way to titles he didn't always deserve on paper, watch for him to try to talk someone into overpaying for a bench asset that suddenly doesn't look like one.
The rest of the risers are starters, and that's the real story. Rashee Rice is climbing fast for zmoneyballers, who famously couldn't bring himself to bench Rice in the title game he lost by a couple points — turns out patience is paying off now. DeVonta Smith is climbing fast for ssbradley40, quietly building a roster that keeps outperforming his own self-scouting. Harold Fannin is climbing fast at tight end for cplabarge, and Terry McLaurin and Christian Watson are both climbing fast for DamnBrit and Cmoney7, respectively — receivers are the position getting hot across the league this month.
The falling side is uglier, and quarterbacks are taking the brunt of it. Anthony Richardson is cratering for CapitanKampana, no shock to a manager who already considers himself cursed at the position. Will Howard is cratering for Scarpg, and Michael Penix is sliding for vaniano — bad news for anyone still holding lefty-QB stock, a subject Cmoney7 has opinions about. Ricky Pearsall is sliding for jgianares, and Kyle Williams and Emanuel Wilson are cratering for PatBerry and cplabarge. None of it touches a starting job yet — but the depth is thinning fast.
