PatBerry remains the benchmark in The Fake Football League. With two championships on his resume, most recently in 2023, he is the only manager in league history to win multiple titles.
Four other managers have reached the mountaintop exactly once. The reigning champion is ssbradley40, who took the 2025 crown. That followed DamnBrit's 2024 run and Trotter0's victory in 2022. That leaves jhen, the 2021 champion, currently enduring the longest championship drought among the league's title-winning class. It has been four seasons since jhen last constructed a championship roster.
Then there is the larger, less fortunate group. Seven managers—Scarpg, CapitanKampana, cbbrew, cplabarge, vaniano, connorolson, and Cmoney7—have never hoisted the trophy. They represent more than half the league, united by a common void.
Until one of them breaks through, they will continue to look up at PatBerry and the rest of the league's exclusive five-member winners' circle. The search for answers continues this offseason.
