Chase escapes knee scare, Bengals say no big deal

Ja'Marr Chase came up limping at the end of Tuesday's practice after landing awkwardly on a deep ball, and for a few minutes PatBerry's fantasy season flashed before his eyes. Chase called it a "little hyperextension" and said he could have kept going. Bengals coaches and reporters all framed it as a non-issue heading into the opener. File this one under scares that resolve themselves.

Chris Olave gave Trotter0 a similar jolt, leaving practice after having the wind knocked out of him. Saints coach Kellen Moore said he's expected to be fine. With Jordyn Tyson already banged up, New Orleans can't afford to lose Olave, but this looks like a shrug, not a setback.

CapitanKampana had a good day. Quinshon Judkins is back to full speed after working in team drills, and Cam Skattebo has pulled away from Tyrone Tracy as the Giants' clear starter on the unofficial depth chart. Two green lights for one manager.

Not as smooth for jgianares. Kenneth Walker sat out with a foot injury, and Brian Thomas took a shoulder jolt on a touchdown catch, though Jacksonville's coach said he's "alright" and just being kept fresh for Week 1.

TreVeyon Henderson (ankle) missed practice for DamnBrit, with the Patriots still evaluating him. Kenneth Walker's absence has a similar shrug-with-caution energy.
