CapitanKampana's biggest concern this week is Puka Nacua's groin. Sean McVay says the elite WR is making good progress and even hitting high speeds in recent work, but his availability for the Rams' opener against the 49ers is still unconfirmed. The Rams haven't released an official injury report yet, so CapitanKampana is stuck waiting along with everyone else in Los Angeles.
In New England, DamnBrit is dealing with a similar wait-and-see situation with TreVeyon Henderson. The flex-worthy back has been battling an ankle injury and missed practice time this week. There was optimism he might return to practice Saturday, but he instead showed up in street clothes, leaving his Week 1 status against the Seahawks up in the air. He still has a couple of practice windows left to prove he's ready. If Henderson can't go, Rhamondre Stevenson stands to benefit most, with Corey Kiner also in the mix — worth noting for anyone in this league who might have use for handcuff insurance.
Neither situation is settled, but the stakes differ. Nacua's health matters a great deal to CapitanKampana's lineup. Henderson's is a lower-grade worry for DamnBrit, given his depth-piece role, but still one to monitor before kickoff.
