The offseason roster purge is underway in the Super Official Dynasty League. Several managers spent the spring cutting ties with depth pieces to clear roster space.
Running backs dominated the transaction log. Cmoney7 parted ways with veteran free agents Austin Ekeler and Kareem Hunt. Once reliable fantasy options, both players are now in search of real-world roster spots.
jgianares conducted the most thorough housecleaning, dropping a trio of depth options in Davis Mills, Dameon Pierce, and Roschon Johnson on April 26. Pierce and Johnson both carry some name value but had become roster cloggers.
CapitanKampana followed suit in May by releasing Audric Estime and Kalel Mullings. Scarpg also made a move, cutting young quarterback Quinn Ewers.
None of these moves represent a significant loss of starting power. Every player dropped holds only depth-piece status, meaning these managers are simply tidying up their benches ahead of the summer.
