The 2026 waiver wire produced a lot of paperwork and not much news. Most of the week's activity was pure churn — depth piece traded for depth piece, no real value gained or lost.
The one name that mattered: Chig Okonkwo, a bench TE with standalone value, landed on both ssbradley40's and Cmoney7's rosters this week. Two separate managers moved on him within the same 24 hours, which tells you something about how thin tight end is around this league.
Cmoney7 didn't stop there, churning through Noah Gray, Greg Dulcich (twice) and Max Klare at the position — the same guy who insists he'll always out-coach the room apparently believes the path runs through tight end depth.
Sam ssbradley40 kept busy too, adding Kyle McCord, Jacob Saylors and Jalon Daniels while dropping Mason Rudolph. For a manager who has begged the commissioner for a "good faith" QB in past years, quietly stockpiling three more arms feels on brand.
jgianares added Justin Fields one day after zmoneyballers cut him loose — a Bears loyalist reclaiming his guy the moment he hit the wire.
Everyone else lateral-moved: Scarpg swapped Ollie Gordon for Demond Claiborne and Isaiah Bond for Dontayvion Wicks, cplabarge swapped Tyquan Thornton for Elijah Sarratt. CapitanKampana only dropped Marlin Klein and added nothing — the reigning champ, for once, sitting on his hands.
