The 49ers' first injury report of 2026 was mostly blank, and that's very good news for a handful of managers. Christian McCaffrey (ssbradley40) drew no mention at all, ending a month of hand-wringing over his health. Mike Evans (ssbradley40) is also good to go, while De'Zhaun Stribling (cbbrew) shook off his shoulder issue, though he's still buried behind Evans and Deebo Samuel on the depth chart. George Kittle (Cmoney7) was only limited, but the door is open for him to play Week 1. On the other sideline in that same opener, Puka Nacua (Trotter0) also cleared the Rams' report, so the elite pieces on both ends of the McCaffrey/Nacua matchup enter Week 1 healthy.
Patriots backfield sorts itself out early. TreVeyon Henderson (CapitanKampana) is out for the opener, which hands the workload to Rhamondre Stevenson (Trotter0) for at least one week.
Cardinals backfield is similarly muddled. Tyler Allgeier (jhen) is the nominal starter while Jeremiyah Love (PatBerry) works back from an ankle injury as the No. 2 — expect Love to take over eventually, but not yet.
Elsewhere: Breece Hall (PatBerry) looked good in practice and trends toward full clearance. Rome Odunze (DamnBrit) is day-to-day but hopeful. MarShawn Lloyd (DamnBrit) remains part of a crowded committee. Patrick Mahomes (cbbrew) has a good chance to start. Zay Flowers (Cmoney7) practiced fully. And Baker Mayfield (jhen) got paid — a three-year extension that changes nothing for your lineup this week.
